Good food makes you feel better. Explore with Romey how to eat and drink the correct food and beverages, so that you may obtain optimum health and maximise your vitality, well-being and healthy longevity. You will gain knowledge to cook from scratch using healthy tasty recipes. This practical workshop covers curries, casseroles, nut roasts chilli and stir fry - all plant based, meat-less, dairy- free, wheat-free, no added sugar, no added preservatives, cooking with properly constituted foods, and properly combined meals.

    Anyone wanting to improve their health, sense of well-being and vitality. Also people committed to healthy eating who want to know how to make it easier and almost certainly tastier. You will find the session informative, motivational and entertaining and it will encourage you to adopt a healthy/healthier lifestyle.
