I believe our relationship with ourselves is the most important relationship of all. Yet, many of us hide from ourselves or hope we’re someone, or somewhere we’re not. The resulting disconnection from self causes anxiety, low self esteem, shame and many painful repetitive patterns in our lives.
My primary interest is with re-building the relationship with the self because I believe it’s the only way to take back control of your life in order to thrive, rather than just survive.
